What data we receive
This site does not save what you type into the form. When you press “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via email”, the message opens in your own app and you send it to us.
From that message we receive whatever you choose to include: name or company, phone, email and the transport details (addresses, date, goods, weight, dimensions).
Why we use it
To prepare a quote and, if you accept it, to organise the transport. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): steps taken at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the quote and the transport, then as long as legal obligations require, for example accounting rules.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent data. It only passes through the services used to communicate (WhatsApp, the email provider) and reaches authorities only where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. Write to [email protected].
You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

This site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security.
